Sara El Mcherqui joins as a Deputy MLRO
ARX Financial Engineering Limited ("ARX") hires Sara El Mcherqui to boost its capabilities of compliance and regulatory framework oversight!

ARX Financial Engineering is glad to announce a new joiner Sara El Mcherqui in a capacity of our in-house Deputy MLRO. Responsible for compliance with the regulatory framework, adherence to AML policies and on-boarding clients and New Business Initiatives. Sara has been instrumental in setting up a DIFC entity for one of the leading commercial banks in Kuwait and has over 13 years of experience in banking and insurance sectors.
Sara’s experience includes:
- Over 13 years experience working in International Banking;
- Over 5 years experience in Compliance and AML with DFSA regulated entities;
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English;
- MBA from the University of Manchester;
