ARX Financial Engineering is glad to announce a new joiner, Latvian born Vladimir Ayzen in a capacity of a Chief Operating and Risk Officer and a member of the executive board of ARX. Responsible for the risk framework and operational soundness and a direction of the company.

Vladimir has been instrumental in setting up Asset and Wealth Management business at Latvian Postal Bank to service key affluent, HNW and UHNW clients. Prior to that Vladimir has worked in advisory capacity in New York for JP Morgan Chase in Manhattan.

Vladimir's experience includes:

• Over 15 years experience working in International Banking;
• Ex Head of Asset and Wealth Management at one of the largest privately owned bank in Latvia;
• Ex chief liaison officer with a Latvian Regulator;
• MBA in Finance and Investment Management from Pace University, New York.
